Common Questions

Is this really free? What's the catch?
Yes — fully free. This is a barter arrangement. You provide social media management services, and we provide the unlimited coaching package as compensation. No cash changes hands on either side. As long as the partnership continues in good standing, access remains active.
Do I need to already be a PeerLift coach?
Not necessarily! If you have the social media skills and passion for the mission, you can apply even if you're new to the platform. We'll set you up with full access once selected.
How much time does this role require?
Roughly 3–5 hours per week. This includes creating posts, responding to comments, and sending a monthly update. We're flexible and want this to work for your schedule.
What happens if it's not working out?
We'll have an honest conversation first. If it genuinely isn't a fit, we can part ways professionally. We'd transition the role and your unlimited access would end. We hope it never comes to that — we want this to be a long-term partnership.
How soon will you decide?
